Who we are

CrAza Technologies Limited (RC 9932233), registered office at 1, Antarex off Okoribi, Uwvie, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria, is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to hello@craza.app about anything in this notice.

What we collect

Your phone number, and your name if you give it. Your NIN and BVN, and the details the verification returns, to confirm who you are before your first payment. For shops: the shop name, the bank account number and bank, and the account name as the bank confirms it. For everyone: a record of your transactions, and basic technical information such as the device that signed in.

Why we collect it

To run your account and sign you in, to verify your identity, to pass your payment instructions to our licensed partners and show you their status, to alert you when you are paid, to keep the accounting records the business is required to keep, and to detect fraud.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to complete what you asked for: our custody partner, which holds the digital assets and converts them; a licensed payment provider, which pays naira into a bank account; identity-verification providers, which check a NIN or BVN; and our messaging provider, which sends you notifications. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Transaction records are kept for as long as financial-record obligations require. You may ask us to close your account at any time; records we are required to retain will remain.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to hello@craza.app.

Security

Sign-in is by one-time code to your phone, and payments require a PIN that we store only as a hash. We do not hold private keys for the assets backing your balance; our custody partner does.
